✅ Easy Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

To start a return, simply email us at info@lovelypetstuff.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on:

• Used pet beds or blankets
• Opened food, treats, or grooming items
• Customized or personalized products

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

🔄 Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or color? No problem! We're happy to offer exchanges, subject to stock availability. Just send us an email and we'll sort it out quickly.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement—just send us a photo as proof.
